RRAW builds and looks after the systems a firm runs on, from how you get found to how the work gets done. It began in video production, which is why how things look and read still matters here.
Who builds it
One person, start to finish.
I build systems of many kinds for the firms I work with: how they get found, how their inquiries get answered, how work moves between their people and their tools. RRAW started as a production studio, and what I kept from it is the eye. Everything a client sees, from a page to a reply, should look and read like it came from you. I build each one myself, and I'm the one who keeps it running.

How we work
Two things that don't change.
Nothing important goes out on its own. Every system has an approval step, so anything that quotes a price or makes a promise waits for someone on your team to say yes.
The person who builds your system is the one who keeps it running. If something needs fixing six months in, you talk to the person who built it.

Phase 01
Audit
Two weeks watching how work actually moves. You leave with a map, a ranked roadmap and one quick win already running.
Phase 02
Build
Fixed-scope builds from your roadmap, quoted with no further discovery. Every build ships with its written procedure.
Phase 03
Run
Monitoring on everything we built, fixes inside the month, and one improvement a month from your roadmap. All done by the person who built it.
Phase 04
Report
One monthly report in plain numbers: inquiries, reply time, consultations booked, clients won. It closes the loop and sets the next build.
